The group needs to prioritize
The discussion started.I was the 2nd one to chip in.
First a healthy discussion but soon turned into a Fish Market.
I chipped in 6-7 times with 3-4 solid points.
Interview
I was the first one to get interviewed.
First about the company.
Your company head quarters,Competitors.
Why head quarter on that region?
Then they asked me for the file.I gave them.
Then they asked about the difference in the global and the local office.
Asked about formulating strategies to train the employees on focus to either global or Indian customers.
Told about the cultural difference,Product differentiation,Told about how to train them about the customers based on the competitors,Ascent of the region,languages.
Then they asked about my hobbies.
Teaching,Mentoring Coaching Difference.
Told them
Teaching-To share and guide about knowledge.
Mentoring-To help students choose their paths.
Coaching-To bring about the best in the students.
Also gave them about some example.
Then they asked few questions on My another hobby of Yoga and Meditation.
Asked about some types of Yoga,Meditation.
I explained them.Asked me about some type of Meditation and I explained them.
Then they asked about to give some examples.I gave.
Thats it.They told Thank You.I also thanked them.They gave me the file back.
They asked me to take one toffee.I took one eclairs.
Thats the end.

I drove the interview around my interests and no question was asked from acads. Lots of probing on my hobbies and general knowledge.
